Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order picking, packing, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse operations.

  • Pay Rate: $19/hour
  • Location: Brampton, ON
  • Shift: Monday to Friday | Day 7 AM to 3:30 PM | Afternoon 3 PM to 11 PM | Night 11 PM to 7 AM
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time
  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:
Shipping, Receiving & Order Fulfillment

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment.
  • Label, sort, and store products in designated locations.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
  • Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
  • Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Safety & Quality

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company safety procedures, policies, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent considered an asset.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, or logistics experience is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Basic computer and RF scanner experience is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, dependable, and committed to workplace safety.
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
