Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will work closely with a motivated and committed team.

Act as a resource person to the HR team members in the analysis of positions and determination of salaries in order to guide decision-making and maintain internal equity.
Conduct comparative market analyzes and monitor market trends in order to propose innovative solutions.
Collaborate to the annual salary review and incentive compensation process.
Complete compensation surveys.
Collaborate to the administration of group insurance and pension plan programs.
Work closely with team members on various projects related to compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
This industry-leading aerospace in Mirabel is looking for a compensation and benefits analyst.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Actuarial science or relevant field of study.
Minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in a role specialized in compensation.
Proficiency in Excel and Power Point, advance level.
Knowledge of the Workday system a solid asset.
Fluency in French and an intermediate level in English.
