The aircraft Programe is looking for a Quality Analyst to join our Quality team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work closely with the other Quality teams. You will be part of the Quality Improvement team responsible for / developing solutions for program transversal problems.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as a Quality Analyst will be to analyze non-conformities found on the production line to reduce and eliminate them.

Your challenges :

• Analyzing non-conformities.
• Performing Problem-Solving (PPS).
• Participating and preparing governances.
• Problem-solving.
• Group facilitation.
• Communications management.
• Project management.
