Position Overviews :

Management Consultants operate as part of the engagement team, typically consisting of a team of 5-7 consultants, led by an Engagement Manager.

Together, you will drive the day-to-day execution and success of a large-scale transformation, directly sponsored by the Client CEO.

Consultants apply a proven, methodology-driven approach that focuses on optimization, execution and implementation. Consultants work directly with clients on site, ranging from the C-Suite to front-line workers, and take ownership of a specific area of the overall transformation.

Through the direct and intentional application of management principles, Consultants are responsible for delivering the transformational requirements within their area by directly intervening, role-modeling, coaching and influencing alongside client management, driving success and optimized performance.

Engagement Managers are emerging executives in the firm and serve as a Trusted Advisor to our Fortune 500 CEO clients, controlling and presiding over the tactical operation of client engagements across a wide range of industries.

Engagement Managers are accountable for delivery of the committed benefits and architecting the client’s future state operating model.

Engagement Managers maintain responsibility for the day-to-day’ and ultimately, securing delivery of the committed financial benefits and optimized client state to ensure client satisfaction.

Engagement Managers deploy clear accountabilities to their team of 5-7 Consultants and provide constant unwavering leadership to ensure the on-time and in-full delivery of benefits and deliverables to secure that client satisfaction is achieved.

Engagement Managers at Brooks International are on an executive fast track, serving Fortune 500 CEO clients across the globe, delivering the business world’s most demanding real-time outcomes.

Career Progression, Compensation and Talent Development :

The Management Consultant role offers industry-leading accelerated career development and mentorship opportunities, over a defined 30-month career path consisting of 3 roles Implementation Specialist I, II, and Senior.

Upon entry, Management Consultants are compensated commensurate with their background. On average, Management Consultants between the 18-30 month mark earn $130,000 annually.

A Management Consultant must target no more than 30 months on the career path before earning a promotion to Engagement Manager (see below.)

The Engagement Manager role offers industry-leading earning potential and career development opportunities. An effective Engagement Manager will earn between $250,000 and $350,000+ annually, comprised of a competitive commensurate base salary, assessment conversion incentive and engagement extension incentive.

An Engagement Manager must target no more than 18 months in the role before earning a promotion to Managing Partner and compensation exceeding $1M .

Candidate Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field of study
  • Management Consultant : 2-5 years of consistent and demonstrated managerial success in a rigorous manufacturing supervisory role (e.

g., a production supervisor managing a one line, one shift operation)

Engagement Manager : 6-10 years of consistent and demonstrated managerial success in a rigorous manufacturing management role (e.

g., a production manager responsible for cross-functional management of a 3-shift or multi-site operation)

  • The ability and desire to travel and work directly on the client site each week (paid travel, lodging, transportation, meals, cellular etc.)
  • Possesses innate quantitative reasoning capability, is highly insightful and capable of achieving the required outcomes under all conditions and at all times an effective winner who is unwilling to fail.
  • The following personal attributes : intellectual curiosity, a passion for business leadership, a positive attitude and belief in what’s possible, unwavering self-discipline, commitment to mission and the inherent urge to do what’s right.
  • The ability and commitment to : maintain professionalism at all times, work under pressure while achieving the highest level of quality, seek direction and improve all skills required for the role and rapid professional development.
  • The legal right to work full time in Canada without the requirement of sponsorship by either a company or third party.
  • Currently hold a Canadian passport, or the ability to obtain one prior to your start date.

Therefore, weekly travel is required but relocation is not.
