Are you seeking an exciting Mental Health Nurse experience in Canada's remote northern communities of Nunavut? Bayshore HealthCare’s Northern Staffing program has provided high-quality community health care solutions to Canada's North since 1997. Our Healthcare Professionals work closely with diverse Indigenous communities (First Nations, Inuit and Métis), providing care to community members.
We hire passionate team-members from all over Canada who travel on assignments to remote northern communities of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. We provide a unique way to experience an expanded clinical scope of practice while enjoying an adventure at the same time! Average assignment durations vary from 2 to 6 weeks.

The Work You Will Do
- Collaborate with Community Health Nurses in clinics to provide support
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Follow up and reach out to community members. Assist patients
- In some cases, you may be the sole MHN in the community, so it is essential to be comfortable working independently with limited resources
