Position Summary :
We are seeking a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to perform administrative duties such as phone handling, data entry, appointment bookings and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be a team player who shares enthusiasm for bettering the care of all.
What you will be doing :
- Respond and assist patient needs by working alongside nurse and doctors.
- Manage your teams workload and schedules accordingly.
- Booking appointments, answering phones, provide a concierge experience for assigned caseload.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, test results, and allergies.
- Collaborate with other staff members, such as nurses, physicians, and receptionists, to streamline patient care and ensure that all necessary procedures are completed.
- Participate and contribute to various team meetings and huddles.
