Position Summary

As theReceptionistat our 18 Auriga Drive location, you will be the first point of contact for employees, executives, customers and other visitors to CBN. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative and customer service tasks aimed at ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for employees, clients, and guests. In this role you will also provide periodic bilingual customer support for our BUMP business unit (digital raffle solutions) during high call volume periods.

What You Will Do

  • Front Desk ManagementGreet visitors, direct them to the appropriate locations, and answer basic inquiries.Issue visitor badges and maintain a visitor log to ensure security protocols are followed.Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized and professional in appearance at all times.
  • CommunicationsHandle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individual or department, take accurate messages when necessary and relay the information in a timely manner.Provide information about the company and any relevant policies and procedures in a clear and professional manner.
  • Administrative SupportPerform various clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, managing conference room bookings, and coordinating catering for on-site meetings and events.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including signing for deliveries and ensuring they reach the correct recipients. Manage inventories of common room consumables (. snacks, coffee pods, .
  • Additional SupportProvide periodic bilingual customer service support (managing customer inquiries) for CBN’s BUMP business unit.

  • Qualifications

    Knowledgeand Experience

  • College diploma in administration or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • 1 year of reception or other administrative support experience
  • Customer support experience is an asset
