Receptionist

We are looking for energetic and service oriented individuals to serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the showroom.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers as they arrive in the showroom
• Respond to telephone calls
• Determine customer needs and direct the customer to appropriate individual for assistance
• Communicate effectively and professionally at all times to customers, providing exceptional friendly service

Qualifications

• Previous relevant customer service experience
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillst
• Experience using computer software including Microsoft Office products
• Bilingualism would be an asset
