Weekend schedule - Permanent, full time

The Role, Your Impact:

As a Production Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a maintenance team;
  • Ensuring the department’s efficiency;
  • Enforcing HACCP and SQF standards and completing the required documentation;
  • Ensuring health and safety management within the department;
  • Overseeing preventive maintenance activities;
  • Maintaining healthy labor relations;
  • Collaborating effectively with other departments and internal and external clients;
  • Being able to perform and/or assist with tasks during troubleshooting situations.

Your Strengths for This Position:

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications for the Production Equipment Maintenance Supervisor role:

  • Education: College diploma or vocational training in industrial equipment maintenance or a related field;
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, supervisory experience in a unionized environment, and knowledge of the HACCP program (asset);
  • Skills: Strong sense of priorities and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, leadership, and strong industrial mechanical skills.
