Entry Level Press Brake Operator (Training Provided)
Overlanders Manufacturing is looking for a motivated and reliable
Press Brake Operator to join our team. Previous press brake experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to train individuals who demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with machinery, and building a long-term career in manufacturing, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do:- Operate CNC Press Brake machines to bend and form sheet metal accurately.
- Set up machines with the appropriate tooling and machine settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.
- Perform bending operations according to production and quality standards.
- Program CNC machines with job parameters as required.
- Inspect completed parts using measuring tools to verify specifications and quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot basic production and machine issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Safely handle materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment (training provided where applicable).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as required.
What We're Looking For:Previous press brake experience is welcome but not required.Successful candidates will have:
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Shift & Pay:Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting with repetitive tasks.
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM
Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:15 PM – 2:15 AM
Pay: $20 - $24 per hourCompensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall fitness for the role.
