We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Logistics Administrator in Scarborough, ON!

In this full-time, temporary to permanent role, you’ll help our client with their logistics and administration needs.

What You’ll Do:
  • Respond to client emails and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
  • Work closely with the dispatch team to support smooth order processing
  • Track and trace shipments to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries
  • Input client information and order details into internal systems with accuracy
  • Manage client communication and coordinate related tasks
  • Support daily logistics and administrative operations
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous administrative experience (ideally in logistics, or a supply chain education)
  • Experience managing a high volume of emails and calls
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly and support a busy operations team
Details:
• Pay Rate: $23/hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (fully in-office)
• Industry Preference: Transportation/logistics experience preferred
