About the role

Join the Default and Management and Claims team, where we deliver mortgage loan insurance and securitization solutions on a commercial basis to approved lenders and issuers to contribute to the well-functioning and stability of the housing finance system through all economic cycles, making housing affordability solutions easy. Use your skills and passion evaluating options to support multi-unit clients along viable paths from distress to a return to good performance. Find the best solution, within CMHC’s risk appetite, for projects experiencing financial difficulty to maintain their affordability.
