Description and Requirements
The AI Solutions Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and driving the lifecycle of AI Library solutions that integrate hardware, software, and services into cohesive, end-to-end (E2E) solution for customers. This role goes beyond traditional offering management by owning the solution-level construct, ensuring all components come together to deliver clear customer outcomes and business value. The AI Solution Manager partners cross-functionally across product, engineering, services, sales, marketing, and partners to bring AI Library solutions to market, ensure operational and commercial readiness, and drive adoption and scale globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, launch, and continuously optimize AI Library solutions that integrate hardware, software, and services into scalable, customer-ready solutions
- Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies to help identify opportunities for business impact and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and support AI Library solutions across cross-functional teams; manage timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies to ensure consistent execution and outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and ecosystem partners to identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate into actionable, market-ready use cases.
- Help facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful execution of AI Library.
- Support AI Library enablement efforts by organizing documentation, communications, and best practices.
- Gather feedback, measure program outcomes, and provide recommendations to improve AI Library solutions and ISV ecosystem.
- Create presentations, status updates, and executive-ready communications related to AI Library ISV ecosystem and program progress.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI usage across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- 7+ years of product/offering management experience
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience coordinating projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in program management, operations, project coordination, or strategy role.
- Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI agents.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing presentations, training materials, or executive communications is a plus.
