Make an impact with our Technology – Solution Delivery team as a Product Manager. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers embraces digital transformation, and the possibilities technology brings to the future of our industry. As a technology product manager, you’ll lead a team of product specialists who drive change and successful outcomes while ensuring activities remain on track, on scope and within budget.

MNP is proudly Canadian. Providing business strategies and solutions, we are a leading national accounting, tax and business advisory firm in Canada. Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager, you’ll be expected to perform in three key areas:

Product Discovery:

  • Act as the bridge between business and technology, translating user and business needs into effective solutions
  • Build a strong understanding of internal workflows, systems, and dependencies across practice areas
  • Partner with UX, Development, and stakeholders to identify problems and shape product opportunities
  • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing products, workflows, and user experiences
  • Develop strong domain knowledge to ensure solutions align with how teams actually work

Product Definition:

  • Collaborate with UX, business analysts, architects, and development teams to refine features and solutions
  • Define clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria that support consistent and scalable use
  • Translate business needs into structured, prioritized product requirements
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and expected outcomes
  • Support documentation, communication and training materials to enable successful adoption
  • Evaluate and support integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms

Product Delivery:

  • Provide product direction and make day-to-day decisions on scope, functionality, reliability and user experience
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term goals
  • Lead agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews
  • Drive adoption across internal teams through clear communication and rollout planning
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, efficiency gains and impact
  • Maintain regular stakeholder updates and feedback loops
  • Incorporate user feedback into ongoing product improvements

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering digital products
  • Curious and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new domains quickly
  • Ability to apply AI in practical ways to improve productivity, decision-making, and product development – Product workflows, research, analysis, rapid prototyping, etc.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders through clear communication and structured thinking
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Figma
  • Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills
