Job description

Job Type: Permanent Full Time

Salary Range: $22 – $25

Our private family-oriented dental practice is currently seeking a dedicated scheduler to join our team. As a scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing the schedules of our dental professionals. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to providing outstanding client experiences, we would love to hear from you! Previous administrative experience an asset, but we are willing to train.

Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and manage appointments for multiple dentists and hygienist
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and relay important scheduling information to doctors, dental assistants and dental hygienist.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and address client concerns related to appointments.

Requirements:

  • Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage the busy schedule of multiple providers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and our dental team.
  • Client Focus: A commitment to providing excellent service and a positive experience for our clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change and handle unexpected situations with professionalism.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using office management software and scheduling tools.
