Job descriptionFaire les relevés et quantifier les matériaux de charpente métallique à partir des plans de structure. Assurer la coordination entre les plans (architecture, mécanique, etc.) pour garantir l’exactitude des informations. Obtenir les prix auprès des sous-traitants et fournisseurs, et valider les devis soumis. Estimer les quantités requises de matériaux et de main‑d’œuvre. Travailler aisément avec les unités métriques et impériales. Participer à l’élaboration d’une stratégie d’estimation compétitive. Assister aux visites de chantier en début de projet, au besoin. Calculer les coûts totaux (matériaux, main‑d’œuvre, équipements, sous‑traitants). Bâtir et entretenir de bonnes relations avec les partenaires externes. Collaborer étroitement avec.constants within the team and support new members when required. 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle d’estimation en structure d’acier ou dans un domaine connexe. Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans (architecture, structure, mécanique). Connaissance de base des séquences de construction liées à la structure d’acier. Excellente capacité d’organisation, souci du détail et esprit analytique. Débrouillardise, autonomie et bon jugement. Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Connaissance de Bluebeam (un atout important). Connaissance свівід|-Tecla EPM (atout – formation interne possible). Excellentes communications en français et en anglais. Formation collégiale ou universitaire en génie civil, architecture, technologie du génie civil ou construction (un atout). Salaire : 75 000 à 85 000 $ selon expérience et compétences. 1 jour de télétravail par semaine. Horaire flexible : Arrivée entre 8h00 et 9h00 / Départ entre 16h00 et 17h00.
