Salary: $89,440 - 104,000 per year

Requirements:

• DEC or BAC in Computer Science or related field
• 3 to 7 years of experience in network administration
• Experience working in a multi-client environment
• Excellent priority and stress management skills
• Client-oriented approach
• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
• Technical skills in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, QoS
• Familiarity with Fortinet, WatchGuard, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Aruba (or equivalents)
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory environments
• Experience with network monitoring and supervision
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Azure cloud environments (an asset)
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, WatchGuard, CompTIA Network+/Security+ (a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Manage, secure, and optimize network infrastructures for various clients
• Administer and evolve clients networks, primarily small and medium enterprises
• Handle LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and VLAN environments across multiple sites
• Standardize network configurations
• Configure and manage firewalls, VPN, security rules, and network segmentation
• Contribute to the implementation of cybersecurity strategies for clients
• Apply security patches and manage vulnerabilities
• Collaborate on IT audits, compliance reports, and client recommendations
• Provide level 2 and 3 technical support through ticketing system
• Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents
• Adhere to client SLA and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Participate in client projects such as new installations, migrations, and network redesigns
• Deploy network equipment including firewalls, switches, and access points
• Collaborate with systems, security, and professional services teams
• Document client infrastructures including diagrams, configurations, and procedures
• Keep documentation up to date
• Suggest technological improvements
