The Intermediate Information Technologist role spans the gap between our systems and staff/students, while working in a highly collaborative, fun and supportive environment. Day to day duties include assisting the Chief Information Officer in maintaining systems to deliver quality support to our staff and students remotely, in person or over the phone for systems such as: - Video Conferencing (monitoring and troubleshooting)
- VoIP phone systems (deployment and troubleshooting)
- Imaging of desktops/laptops (assist in building/testing images)
- Outlook and Exchange 2013 (Troubleshooting mail flow, spam filtering)
- Office 365 (deployment and configuration)
- Printers (monitoring and troubleshooting)
- Windows 10, Server 2012-2016 (troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software/network issues)
Additionally, we have many exciting projects that this position will contribute towards in planning/deployment/testing/optimization. Opportunities for after hours work may be available as well! |
