Role Title: Senior Software Developer – CRM
Location: Ontario, Canada (Fully Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Contract Duration: May 18, 2026 – March 31, 2027

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business and technical requirements into fully functional CRM solutions
  • Develop detailed programming specifications and technical documentation
  • Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise CRM applications
  • Conduct unit testing and support integration, migration, deployment, and implementation activities
  • Diagnose and resolve application and deployment-related technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Participate in technical reviews, walkthroughs, and design sessions
  • Provide post-implementation production support and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OBIEE and Power BI
  • Develop and support Siebel Open UI components and enterprise integrations
  • Ensure solutions comply with accessibility and enterprise technology standards

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Siebel Development Expertise (40%)

  • 10+ years of experience in Siebel technical configuration, development, integration, and design
  • 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI
  • 5+ years integrating Siebel with technologies such as Adobe AEM and J2EE
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel IP18+ configuration and development
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Assignment Manager
    • Business Rules
    • Workflow
    • Applets
    • Views and Screens
    • Siebel scripting and business layer objects
  • Experience using Siebel Tools and modifying Siebel Web Templates
  • Strong knowledge of Siebel Open UI Architecture including:

    • UI integrations

  • Knowledge of relational and hierarchical databases
  • Familiarity with middleware, gateways, and communication protocols
  • Understanding of AODA accessibility standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting enterprise and internet-facing applications
  • Ability to create user guides, technical documentation, and system documentation

Work Arrangement

  • Fully onsite role in Ontario, Canada
  • Mandatory onsite attendance: Monday to Friday
  • Standard working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding lunch)

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Siebel CRM Developer with extensive enterprise application experience and strong expertise in Siebel Open UI architecture, integrations, and reporting technologies. Candidates with prior public-sector transformation project experience, particularly within the Ontario Public Sector environment, will be highly preferred.
