Job description
  • Prepare and manage export permits, licenses, and End-User Statements.

  • Apply for re-export and retransfer authorizations for U.S.-origin products.

  • Ensure export compliance across the full contract lifecycle.

  • Manage the EXCOL platform and related reporting requirements.

  • Act as a key resource for ITAR, EAR, CGP, and EIPA compliance.

  • Liaise with government agencies and support global teams.

  • Deliver export controls training and support compliance investigations.


What you must have:

  • 2+ years of experience in export controls or trade compliance.

  • Working knowledge of Canadian and U.S. export regulations.

  • Strong communication skills and sound judgment.

  • Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain Secret-level security clearance.

  • Experience in advanced or space-related technology environments is an asset.


Salary/Rate Range: $75,000 - $105,000
