Job Description

Sales Representative – Uniform at Cintas Canada. This role focuses on new business‑to‑business (B2B) account development in the Uniform Division. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold‑calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, meeting a sales quota, and transporting product samples for presentations. Cintas provides a thorough sales training program covering product knowledge, mentorship, sales process, and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and qualify leads in the assigned territory through cold‑calling and lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Gather and use business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and product presentations.

  • A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Prior sales experience (1+ year) in a similar role.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Hunter sales mentality – goal‑driven and self‑motivated.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet / internet and Contact Management System.
  • Compensation

    Estimated total compensation ranges from $70,000 to $120,000 per year, comprising base salary plus earned commissions. The range considers skill sets, experience, training, performance, and business needs. Geographic differentials may apply and compensation decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.
