Job description

About Us

We are a high‑performing RV dealership committed to operational excellence, accurate inventory management, and a modern omni‑channel parts business. Behind every great customer experience is a great system—and that’s where this role makes a real impact.

We’re looking for a detail‑driven Pricing & Inventory Analyst who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in building accurate, efficient systems that help the business perform at its best.

The Opportunity

This role is critical to keeping our Parts and Service departments running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for inventory integrity, pricing accuracy, and administration of our online parts store—ensuring the right parts are available, priced correctly, and represented accurately across all platforms.

If you enjoy improving processes, analyzing data, and contributing to measurable results, this is a role where your work will be noticed and valued.

What You’ll Do

Inventory & Merchandising Support

  • Maintain accurate product categorization and inventory visibility across systems
  • Support logical product groupings that improve efficiency and sell‑through
  • Coordinate inventory placement based on seasonal demand, promotions, and high‑volume categories
  • Ensure data integrity for both in‑store and online assortments
  • Collaborate with Parts leadership on assortment optimization and category performance

Pricing & Data Management

  • Maintain, audit, and update parts pricing across internal systems and e‑commerce platforms
  • Apply pricing strategies, margin matrices, and promotional updates
  • Ensure pricing consistency between service, inventory, and online channels

Online Parts Store Administration

  • Manage online product catalog accuracy (descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization)
  • Upload new product assortments and seasonal collections
  • Monitor inventory synchronization between dealership systems and the online store
  • Coordinate fulfillment workflows for online orders
  • Track product performance and identify opportunities to improve or expand assortments
  • Respond to or route online customer inquiries to the appropriate parts department

Operational Improvement & Reporting

  • Generate reports related to inventory health, pricing accuracy, and product performance
  • Support data‑driven decision‑making within the Parts department
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Flag slow‑moving or obsolete inventory and support clearance strategies
  • Help optimize inventory turns and overall stocking efficiency

What You Bring

  • Experience in inventory control, operations coordination, e‑commerce administration, or data‑focused retail roles (preferred)
  • RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or dealership experience is an asset—but not required
  • Strong systems aptitude and comfort working across multiple software platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for improving processes
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel or equivalent preferred)

Core Competencies We Value

  • Operational ownership and accountability
  • Data accuracy and analytical thinking
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong follow‑through
  • Collaboration across teams
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn

Why Join Us

  • A meaningful, behind‑the‑scenes role with visible impact on business performance
  • Opportunity to work with modern systems and omni‑channel retail operations
  • Supportive leadership and cross‑functional collaboration
  • A role that values accuracy, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement

Fraserway RV is a trusted name in the RV industry, committed to operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences. This role offers national exposure, meaningful impact, and the opportunity to shape service standards across a growing dealership network.

Compensation: $23 - $26 per hour plus benefits
