Job Title: Quality Analyst

Duration: 5 Months

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing digital solutions and working closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, fully functional platforms. You will play a key role in identifying, documenting, and resolving issues to ensure software meets business requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional and regression testing.
  • Develop and execute test cases based on project requirements, user stories, and business logic.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and create effective test scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and report software defects in a detailed and timely manner.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business requirements.
  • Analyze the impact of new functionality and system changes and update test plans accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automated test scripts where applicable.
  • Review test results, track defect resolution progress, and ensure timely closure of defects.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning as part of the Agile/Scrum process.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Tester or QA Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of test case creation, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience with API testing (REST and SOAP) and integration testing.
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as QTest, Tosca, and Jira.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe Scrum.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL for data validation and integrity checks.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience testing digital applications.
  • ISTQB or other software testing certifications are an asset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with test automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing tools.
  • Experience with Git version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
