Located in Saint-Laurent, the Head Office brings together the administrative teams that support all CSSMB establishments. We work with rigor, collaboration, and a constant concern for service. Join a team whose work supports the success of thousands of students.

Responsibilities

The Marguerite Bourgeoys School Service Center is looking for a dynamic person to join its team as part of a new project aimed at developing the digital autonomy of its administrative staff and promoting effective and responsible use of artificial intelligence.

Under the authority of the coordinator of the IT Services, the incumbent ensures the development, support, and facilitation of this project intended for the administrative staff of the organization. In collaboration with their manager, they contribute to determining priorities and directions, and then take responsibility for the design and implementation of the content, resources, training, and communication actions that result from it.

*THIS POSITION IS RESERVED FOR CSSMB EMPLOYEES AND OTHER CSS OR CS EMPLOYEES.

Responsibilities:

Analyze needs and propose tailored solutions

  • Gather the needs of administrative staff and services;

  • Identify priority topics and propose the most relevant format: capsule, guide, FAQ, training, activity, or other resource;

  • Anticipate recurring needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Design and produce quality content

  • Write, simplify, and update project content;

  • Produce video capsules, screen captures, guides, visuals, procedures, exercises, and other resources;

  • Oversee each resource from its design to its online publication.

Ensure the evolution of the digital platform

  • Publish and update content in WordPress with Elementor, ensuring a clear and intuitive organization;

  • Ensure the integrity and update of pages, links, and media on the platform.

Develop digital and AI usage

  • Quickly familiarize yourself with the tools used by administrative staff, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Gemini, Smartsheet, and relevant organizational applications;

  • Test and evaluate new features to deduce the uses that provide real added value;

  • Develop examples, use cases, prompts, and resources that promote effective and responsible use of AI.

Train, support, and mobilize

  • Design and facilitate training in person, remotely, or in self-directed mode;

  • Provide personalized support when existing resources prove insufficient;

  • Facilitate the community of practice to promote mutual aid and sharing of expertise;

  • Contribute to the writing of the newsletter and other project dissemination initiatives.

Collaborate and ensure continuous improvement of the project

  • Maintain close collaboration with pedagogical advisors for digital integration, the digital learning environment (ENA) team, administrative services, content experts, and the Communications Office;

  • Ensure active monitoring of digital tools, artificial intelligence, and best practices in skill development;

  • Gather user feedback and make improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • Terminal university degree in an appropriate field of specialization, particularly in administration or computer science;

  • Excellent command of spoken and written French, with a strong talent for simplification and producing clear content;

  • Relevant experience in content development, training, digital support, communication, or a related field;

  • Experience in multimedia production (video, screen capture) (important asset);

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment and the uses of generative artificial intelligence;

  • Knowledge of WordPress and Elementor, or ability to learn them quickly;

  • Comfort with collaboration tools, online training, and content management;

  • Sensitivity to information security issues, data protection, and responsible use of AI;

  • Experience in a school or administrative environment (an asset);

  • Autonomy, initiative, and organizational skills;

  • Great versatility and creativity, with the ability to transform a need into a concrete solution;

  • Intellectual curiosity and ease in quickly mastering new tools;

  • Excellent sense of collaboration and client orientation, with a good understanding of the realities of administrative staff.

Benefits

  • Four (4) weeks of vacation after one year of work and two (2) weeks of leave during the holiday period
  • Defined benefit pension plan (RREGOP) that ensures predictable and stable income during retirement
  • Group insurance plan
  • Telemedicine service
  • Reimbursement for training and development activities
  • Possibility of telecommuting according to current terms (pilot project);
  • Sick days and special leave
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Employee assistance program
  • Diverse recreational program and employee discounts
  • Summer schedule
  • Proximity to Côte-Vertu metro station
  • Free parking
  • CSSMB encourages a culture focused on well-being and balance. Disconnect to reconnect better!
