Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new installation. Keep your work area clean, respect customer property, and adhere to Bath Fitter's standards. Carpentry Expertise : 2+ years in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovations. Precision & Tools : Skilled in using tape measures, levels, power tools, and basic plumbing knowledge is a bonus. Reliability : Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to safety standards.

- Performance-Based Pay : Once certified, your compensation will be a % of the value of the jobs you install, increasing % as you advance through certification levels.
- Additional Productivity Pay : Earn extra % based on hours worked.
- Service Work : You will earn hourly pay for any additional service-related tasks.
