Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Services Specialist at our Vernon, BC location. The Customer Services Specialist will provide exceptional customer support, address inquiries, maintain positive customer experiences, and ensure satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include answering customer calls, managing requests efficiently, assisting with problem resolution, and maintaining high service standards.

• Strong understanding of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
