Qualifications

• A related bachelor’s degree
• Approximately 3+ years consulting experience
• 2–5 years UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience
• UKG Pro certifications are ideal
• Experience working with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis and recommendations
• Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements
• Hands‑on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution
• Experience participating in and / or leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user story / test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead / support testing, and deployment drive
• An understanding of the end‑to‑end implementation life cycle
• Project management experience is beneficial
• Ability to work through a problem with limited information, demonstrating an approach to take a problem or situation to the next steps
• Flexibility and ability to travel – on short notice if needed to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30%
