Job descriptionServe as the primary contact for our Retail Client’s Plan Administrator and Plan Sponsors Collaborate closely with the Senior and Group Benefits Analyst to prepare and issue Request To Quote (RTQ) to Carrier Partners, using established tools and processes Analyze carrier proposals and prepare detailed, client-ready reports for Advisors to present Manage the onboarding of new groups and coordinate implementation for existing clients transitioning to new providers Provide post-sale and ongoing administrative support to Plan Sponsors and Administrators Assist clients with all aspects of Employee Group Health Benefits administration If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please apply Completion of a high school diploma and / or post-secondary education Certification in CEBS or GBA is considered an asset, though not required Demonstrated analytical acumen and strong organizational capabilities Proven commitment to client service and customer satisfaction Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong time management, attention to detail, and follow-through Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), with solid keyboarding and computer skills
