Help the agency develop a strong and positive relationship with the advertising community to help recruit top talent. 12+ years of creative experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role (Group Creative Director, Creative Director, or similar). Proven ability to balance management and execution, excelling in both areas. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of standout campaigns, with a focus on experiential and integrated marketing. Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and leadership skills. Experience managing tier-1 clients and large-scale campaigns. ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Group Creative Director to lead creative excellence for a tier-1 North American client. This is a unique opportunity to shape the work, the team, and the client relationship while combining leadership with hands-on creativity. You’ll be instrumental in answering briefs, elevating ideas from good to great, developing client relationships, and evaluating project prioritization for maximum impact. If you thrive on delivering strategic creative ideas and inspiring team development, this is the role for you.
This role requires a leader who is confident delivering 360-degree marketing approaches and big, media-neutral ideas that live seamlessly across digital, social, traditional, and experiential platforms. A strong foundation in (and passion for) experiential marketing is essential, ensuring the work consistently connects with audiences in meaningful and innovative ways.
