Adoption & analytics : dashboards for % work in‑platform, SLA reliability; remove blockers; publish learnings.
Own intake, prioritization, and sequencing across the portfolio; publish a clear operating calendar (deadlines, owners, acceptance criteria).
Orchestrate teams to deliver executive‑ready content (briefs, speaking notes, decision memos) and in‑platform copy; enforce artifact standards and style.
Run readiness : play pages, manager kits, and instrumentation are in place before launch; no launch without measurement.
Lead cross‑functional execution with Sales / Field, Strategic Growth, Platform / Delivery (build / run owners), Risk / Legal, and Finance / Data.
Close the loop : run post‑workstream reviews; turn feedback into updates to playbooks, copy, and the narrative.
Maintain compliance : partner with Risk / Legal on rails; ensure auditability of materials and approvals.

You own enablement standards, narrative consistency, content acceptance, and the portfolio sequence for Bank O / S & Field.
Strategic Growth owns the growth roadmap and play acceptance; you co‑own launch readiness and measurement.
Delivery / Platform decides technical implementation and run (release slots, reliability, performance).
Required Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications :
Proven portfolio / program leadership across multiple concurrent workstreams (councils, exec decks, field enablement, campaigns).
