Job description

Kingsley Management is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

This newly created position is designed to support creative, design, and social media content needs across Kingsley Management and its broader portfolio of brands, with a focus on developing high-quality visual and social content assets that ensure consistency, creativity, and strong execution across multiple brand identities.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful design and content solutions across digital, social, and print channels. A significant portion of the role will involve the planning, creation, coordination, and publishing of social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring engaging, on-brand execution that reflects current trends and best practices.

This role is ideal for a designer and content coordinator who enjoys variety, can shift between brands and visual styles, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where feedback, iteration, and content creation are central to the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets for digital, social media, email, and web channels across multiple brands
• Adapt creative concepts across platforms, ensuring consistency while tailoring content to the nuances of each channel and audience
• Develop print-ready designs for signage, brochures, posters, and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy in bleeds, crop marks, and production specifications
• Support the development and maintenance of social media content calendars, including scheduling and coordinating posts across multiple platforms in alignment with the broader marketing strategy
• Create and execute end-to-end social media content, from concept development and content creation through to publishing across platforms
• Stay current on social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging digital content styles, translating insights into engaging, on-brand content
• Support ongoing brand development and ensure consistency across all visual outputs
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
• Translate creative direction into compelling visual storytelling aligned with brand standards
• Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate quickly while maintaining design integrity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design and content coordination experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, and print design work
• Experience working across multiple brands or adapting design styles for different audiences is considered an asset
• Strong understanding of platform-specific design requirements (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, web, email, etc.)
• Experience preparing print-ready files, including bleeds, crop marks, and production specifications
• Experience managing social media content calendars, including scheduling and coordinating posts across multiple platforms
• Experience creating and executing end-to-end social media content, from concept through to publishing
• Strong awareness of current social media trends, digital aesthetics, and platform-specific content styles, with the ability to translate trends into on-brand creative
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Final Cut Pro considered an asset
• Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, branding, or UI/UX design is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and visual communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to take and apply feedback constructively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
