Your Role & Impact :

As a key team member, you will :

Lead all carpentry phases : framing, siding, building envelope systems, and precision window / door installations.

Execute flawless finishes on custom builds, remodels, and structural additions.

Uphold strict safety standards and site organization.

Collaborate with clients and supervisors to exceed project expectations.

We Value Candidates With :

10+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in framing, siding, and building envelopes.

Expertise in window / door installation and a portfolio of new construction / renovation work.

Reliability : Own transportation (Chilliwack–Langley area), required PPE, and consistent punctuality.

Pride in quality : Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
