Job description

Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-class online school delivering live, real-time learning to ambitious students around the world. With over 1000 students joining us from 65 countries, our vision is to unlock our students' limitless potential, together, for extraordinary futures.

We are doing this by:

  • Igniting a passion for learning that accelerates academic performance and success regardless of age.

  • Fostering a global community that broadens students' perspectives and develops their skills to make a difference on the world stage.

  • Providing cutting-edge technology for teachers to launch students into their future while giving parents transparency into their child's education.

This is a Remote position in US/Canada operating Mon–Fri, 10am–8pm PT

As an Admissions Associate (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for incoming leads and prospective families. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that sets the tone for their entire Crimson journey. You'll manage, contact, and qualify warm and hot inbound leads, share the right resources at the right moment, and work alongside a high-performing team to deliver an outstanding experience to every prospective Crimson student.

What the role does:
  • Support the growth of Crimson Global Academy across the United States, Canada, Mexico & LATAM.

  • Call and engage new leads to qualify them for the admissions team, ensuring data is entered and managed accurately and diligently in Salesforce (our CRM).

  • Update lead records and track their progress through each stage of the sales pipeline.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive, professional relationships with prospective families.

  • Continuously sharpen your sales techniques and processes while deepening your industry knowledge.

  • Share insights and trends back to key stakeholders, including Marketing and Admissions Officers.

  • Contacting all leads within 1 hour during work hours, and within 24 hours outside of them.

  • Updating Salesforce with accurate notes and stage progress in the same timeframe.

  • Qualifying families using guiding questions.

  • Booking initial consultations with qualified families, and ensuring they show up (or rescheduling if they don't).

  • Reporting weekly on calls made, consultations booked, turn-up rate, and sales closed.

  • Thriving in a Mon–Fri, 10am–8pm Pacific Time schedule.

What you'll bring
  • At least 2 years' experience in sales, with a strong track record.

  • Experience in education or professional services (e.g. marketing agency, financial services, management consulting, hospitality) and confidence using CRM (Salesforce) and multiple platforms.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of US, UK, and/or EU university admissions standards and the application process.

  • Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

  • Professionalism, strong time and stress management, confidence, and a positive attitude including patience, empathy, and a willingness to learn and go the extra mile.

Why Crimson Global Academy?
  • Flexible working environment: you'll be empowered to structure how you work.

  • Limitless development and exposure: internal promotions and role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year.

  • A psychologist on staff to support your wellbeing.

  • Fireside chats and workshops with impressive guests to help the team continuously level up.

  • Radical Candour: the feedback approach we live by.

  • A truly global player: 28 markets and growing across the globe

We look forward to hearing from you!
