We are looking for Psychologists to work REMOTELY for a Vancouver Autism Clinic! In-person visit to the Vancouver clinic will only be required once a month.
Our client is composed of a team of clinicians who specialize in working with children, youth and adults using a developmental life-span approach.
They provide evidence-based assessment, therapy, and consultation services. The practice is well-recognized in the community, has a strong referral network and good relationships with school districts as well as and pediatricians.
We are looking to hire Full-Time or Part-Time Psychologists to join this thriving practice. The positions would be ideal for early career psychologists due to the availability of mentoring and peer support but we are also open to applications from psychologists established in their careers.
Candidates must be registered or eligible for registration with the College of Psychologists of BC or any Canadian province.
The ideal candidates will have strong skills in the assessment of children / adolescents.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following
- Psycho-educational assessments and / or assessments of neurodevelopmental conditions including FASD and autism
- Private assessments and assessments contracted from health authorities for children with neurodevelopmental disorders (these assessments are completed in the context of a multidisciplinary team)
- Therapy addressing anxiety in young children, parenting support, and support of individuals with ASD
- Outreach travel for those who are interested
