As a dedicated HVAC Program Instructor, you will bring over five years of experience to the classroom and lab. Your role includes delivering lectures, utilizing CRM and LMS tools, and supporting student success outside class hours. Staying current with industry trends and certifications is crucial to ensuring high-quality instruction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lectures online and in-person
• Manage student attendance and retention efforts
• Record and submit grades promptly
• Support students outside of class hours
• Participate in faculty meetings and orientations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of work or teaching experience in HVAC
• Minimum G2 certification in the trade
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and LMS
• Strong adult education background preferred
• Must provide two reference letters
