We’re expanding our Ride Instructor team across our current studios and preparing to launch our next flagship location at Yonge & Yorkville in early 2026. This is a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become a part of a passionate, dynamic team that is here to disrupt the fitness industry.

About the opportunity

Our Ride team is looking for highly skilled and energetic Spin instructors who want to share the best of both metric and rhythm rides in an experience like no other. Our unparalleled indoor cycling experience will have our riders racing past their goals while getting lost in the beat.

Primary job responsibilities

• Deliver world-class fitness experiences that emphasize entertainment, experience, and community-building
• Develop class programming, playlists, and signature elements that allow your own unique approach and practice to shine while working within the framework of the S&T brand and standards of excellence
• Motivate, inspire and build relationships with guests as well as fellow team members
• Promote, design, and theme classes to maximize attendance and experience
• Live the brand values of leading by example, being relentless in finding a way, and demonstrating that we are stronger together
• Participate in promotional events, photo / video shoots, and brand initiatives
• Act as a Sweat & Tonic ambassador, both in and out of class
