Leveraging advanced ETL tools, complex SQL development, and relational database expertise across Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Azure SQL Database, you will develop detailed technical specifications, construct automated data migration pipelines, conduct mock conversions, and ensure data integrity through post-migration reconciliation and audit controls.

End-to-End Migration Scope: Lead the full conversion lifecycle spanning data profiling, attachment migration, mock conversions, and cutover.

Complex Data Integration: Work across diverse relational and non-relational database structures, including Oracle, MS SQL Server, and legacy mainframe data formats.

Dedicated Onsite Collaboration: Collaborate directly alongside senior database administrators, enterprise architects, and technical leads in a focused 5-day per week workspace.

Responsibilities
ETL & Data Migration Leadership: Design, develop, document, and execute full-lifecycle data and file migration solutions to transition legacy systems to modernized platforms.

Data Profiling & Cleansing: Analyze source data across heterogeneous platforms, conduct comprehensive data profiling, and implement pre- and post-migration data cleansing routines.

Pipeline & Interface Engineering: Build, configure, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Informatica, and custom conversion scripts.

Complex Database Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries, PL/SQL routines, and data extraction scripts across Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Azure SQL Database environments.

Document Attachment Migration: Lead the extraction, mapping, and transfer of legacy document attachments and binary files to modern cloud storage repositories.

Migration Artifact Documentation: Author data migration strategies, detailed source-to-target mapping documents, data dictionaries, interface definitions, and business case justification files.

Validation, Audit & Cutover Support: Conduct mock conversions, establish testing strategies, execute post-migration data reconciliation, generate exception reports, and provide cutover support.

Qualifications
ETL & Data Conversion Experience: 7+ years of experience developing, executing, and documenting ETL processes for large-scale data conversion and migration projects (Strictly Required).

Modernization & Migration Planning: Extensive experience with data migration planning, legacy-to-cloud application transformations, and data conversion methodologies (Strictly Required).

Relational Database & Complex SQL: Advanced expertise with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Azure SQL Database) and complex SQL/PL-SQL query development (Strictly Required).

Document & File Attachment Migration: Proven experience migrating document attachments and binary files from legacy applications to modernized solutions (Strictly Required).

Cloud Database & ETL Tooling: Demonstrated experience with cloud database platforms (Azure SQL) and leading ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory or Informatica (Strictly Required).

Technical Documentation: Hands-on experience creating ETL mappings, data dictionaries, migration strategies, and technical specifications (Strictly Required).

Nice-to-Have Assets:
Prior data migration or ETL development experience within a public sector or enterprise environment.
