Reporting to the President and COO, the Director of Engineering will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering function, from strategy and design to process optimization and team development.

With a salary range of $160,000 to $190,000, we’re competitive—but we’re also open to tailoring benefits, incentives, and other support to align with what drives you.
