  • Supervise and support unionized electricians, ensuring quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
  • Improve equipment reliability through root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and optimization of spare parts inventory.
  • Identify and schedule corrective actions to reduce unplanned downtime and improve plant performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with production needs.
  • Support budget planning and cost control related to maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to the evaluation, training, and development of the electrical maintenance team.

  • Strong benefits package including health, dental, pension, RRSP/TFSA programs, and employee assistance programs.
  • Stable, large-scale organization with long-term career growth opportunities.
  • Exposure to advanced maintenance strategies and reliability-centered practices.
  • Leadership role within a unionized environment, offering real operational impact.
  • Collaborative environment with access to training and development programs.

Exigences du poste
