Unlike many sales roles that require previous experience, we focus on developing talent through structured training, hands-on coaching, and daily team support.
What You’ll Be Doing Represent TELUS Communications through The Acquisition Group Engage with customers through direct, door to door community outreach Identify customer needs and recommend TELUS home and connectivity solutions Build trust through professional, respectful conversations Work toward clearly defined daily and weekly performance goals Receive ongoing feedback and coaching to continuously improve Why Candidates Choose This Role Uncapped commission-based earnings, tied directly to performance Structured training from day one — no sales experience required Clear expectations and measurable goals (you’ll always know where you stand) Daily team support and leadership guidance (you’re never left guessing) A performance-driven environment that values effort, consistency, and growth Opportunities to advance into leadership and higher-earning roles over time Who We’re Looking For Friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people Strong communication skills (we’ll help you sharpen them) Comfortable in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment Legally eligible to work in Canada Available full-time, Monday to Friday *No previous sales experience required.
