Your new role

As a Property Administrator, you will support a team of Property Managers with the day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of a mixedmercial portfolio.Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Property Managers across a mixedmercial portfolio.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and related operational documentation.
  • Maintain accurate property, lease, andpliance records across physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Collect and track tenant documentation, following up as required to ensurepliance with lease and policy requirements.
  • Coordinate tenant, vendor, and contractor inquiries and support day‑to‑daymunications.
  • Assist with tenant meetings, engagement initiatives, and work order or service request administration.
  • Support the coordination and tracking of site documentation, drawings, and fixtures where required.
  • Carry out general office and administrative duties, including document preparation, records management, and office coordination.
  • Ensure information is kept up to date, accurate, and collected within required timeframes.
  • Support additional operational and administrative tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office support role with experience in Property Management preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail andfort managing multiple priorities
  • Confidence working with forms, documentation, and processes
  • Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Yardi preferred
  • A collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a team environment
