As the face of the organization in the field, you'll work closely with residential builders, agricultural clients, contractors, and industry professionals to identify opportunities, provide trusted solutions, and support projects from initial concept through completion.

Compensation & Hours:
• The base rate of pay will be $70-80K/year plus 10-15% performance bonus
• Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary:
• Develop new business while growing and maintaining strong relationships with residential builders, agricultural clients, contractors, and other key industry partners
• Manage designated sales territory by identifying opportunities, guiding projects through the sales cycle, and following up on quotations to maximize conversions
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs, recommending practical building solutions, and influencing projects early in the planning stage
• Collaborate with internal estimating, design, and production teams to deliver accurate quotations and ensure successful project execution from inquiry through delivery
• Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline activity while monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience
• Experience within construction, building materials, manufacturing, or a related industry
• Demonstrated success developing new business and growing existing customer relationships
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Existing relationships within the local residential building or agricultural community
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License, clean driving abstract and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
