Job description
Are you a highly organized project professional ready to support large-scale retail, signage, and wayfinding programs for major national brands? We are currently seeking a Order Entry/Administrative to join a premier Canadian leader in retail marketing services. Based onsite at our office in Paris, Ontario, this newly created position is designed to support significant organizational growth.

In this role, you will be the administrative engine behind high-value projects, ensuring that retail fixtures and graphic programs align perfectly with brand requirements. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy keeping complex production phases on track, and possess a "team-first" resourceful mindset, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow with an industry innovator.

Advantages
$24 to $26 an hour based on experience
Contract with potential of becoming full time permanent
8:30am-4:30pm this is flexible if needed
30 minute lunch

Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Oversee the lifecycle of retail fixture, graphic, and wayfinding projects, ensuring all deliverables align with specific brand and client requirements.

Documentation Management: Maintain and update project trackers, schedules, and approvals to keep all stakeholders informed.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with internal production and installation teams to ensure all phases stay on schedule and meet technical specifications.

Logistics & Installation: Coordinate store installations and related logistics, ensuring quality standards are maintained during the final rollout.

Financial & System Support: Support invoice preparation and project close-outs with Finance, while processing dockets, receipts, and inventory using internal systems.

Client Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to clients and manage data integrity within various client portals.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the standardization of workflows for recurring project types to increase departmental efficiency.

Qualifications
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience with retail fixtures (metal/wood), signage, wayfinding, or print production is considered a strong asset.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets (Excel), and shared digital platforms.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of how collaboration supports successful project execution.

Mindset: A positive, resourceful, and team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
