Profil professionnel Commis administrative spécialisé en chaîne d’approvisionnement et en soutien aux équipes d’achats. Expérience dans la gestion administrative, la communication avec les fournisseurs, le contrôle qualité des échantillons et la gestion de données produits dans des environnements rapides et structurés. Reconnu pour sa rigueur, son sens de l’organisation et sa capacité à gérer des priorités changeantes. Responsabilités :
  • Superviser les tâches administratives du département des achats
  • Effectuer le contrôle qualité des échantillons et transmettre les approbations
  • Communiquer quotidiennement avec les fournisseurs et vendeurs
  • Envoyer et analyser des demandes de devis
  • Participer à la création des bons de commande et à la configuration des articles et fournisseurs
  • Assurer la conformité des produits (emballage, étiquetage, exigences réglementaires)
  • Maintenir à jour les données produits (poids, dimensions, images, spécifications)
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe d’achats dans un environnement dynamique et rapide
Exigences professionnelles
  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Expérience en commerce de détail (atout important)
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et avec des délais serrés
  • Forte attention aux détails et sens de l’organisation
  • Maîtrise de MS Office

  • Oversee administrative tasks within the purchasing department
  • Perform sample quality control and issue approvals
  • Supplier and vendor communication
  • Send and evaluate quotation requests
  • Assist in purchase order creation and system setup of items and vendors
  • Ensure product compliance (packaging, labeling, regulatory requirements)
  • Maintain updated product data (weights, dimensions, images, specifications)
  • Support the buying team in a fast-paced environment
Key Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Retail experience (strong asset)
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
