Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering Proven experience designing and developing 3D machine vision systems (ideally for industrial automation or robotics) Strong programming skills in Python, C#, and C++ with relevant libraries and tools; solid grasp of software architecture and object-oriented programming; strong knowledge of 3D sensing technologies (e.g., MVTec Halcon, point cloud / mesh processing) Practical experience with image segmentation, including deep-learning methods such as SAM (Segment Anything Model) for industrial vision; and strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills in multidisciplinary teams.

The company’s primary mission is to democratize complex automation for the High-Mix, Low-Volume (HMLV) manufacturing sector by eliminating the technical barriers associated with traditional robot programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of sophisticated 3D machine vision systems for industrial robots, delivering high levels of accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams—robotics, software, and systems engineers—to tightly integrate 3D vision technology into robotic platforms.
- Oversee and refine the integration of 3D sensors with robotic systems to maximize overall system precision and operational throughput.
- Create, enhance, and maintain algorithms for data acquisition, image processing, point cloud handling, and object recognition to ensure robust visual perception capabilities.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems in machine vision systems to guarantee stable, reliable operation in harsh industrial environments
