Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise freight deliveries and schedule daily truck driver deliveries

• Manage a high number of warehouse products including, but not limited to, parts related to hoisting and rigging

• Handle the communication and relationships with multiple vendors

• Oversee the use of multiple fleet vehicle delivery platforms

• Supervise the local fleet of company vehicles

• Communicate effectively with all the supervisor to ensure a smooth operation of the branch

• Handle distribution of partial shipments for any necessary active job

• Lead the distribution and relocation of G2S construction kits for our crews onsite

• Oversee test-weight inventory, and the distribution of it to the required locations on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

• Education / Certifications: High school degree or equivalent required

• Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

• 1-2 years warehouse experience, preferred.
