Tu as du leadership et tu es toujours le / la premier(ère) à superviser et organiser les projets avec tes amis? On a l’emploi parfait pour toi.
Tu aimes planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler le fonctionnement et les opérations pour maintenir un service hors pair qui répond aux normes. Tu veux avoir des clients satisfaits dans un établissent avec un climat de travail valorisant pour les employés. Joins-toi à nous!
Fonctions principales
- Assurer le respect des normes Baton Rouge ;
- Respecter les budgets
- Assurer le contrôle des dépôts et de la petite caisse;
- Faire ou approuver les commandes;
- Traiter les plaintes des clients;
- Être présent aux services pendant les heures de grandes affluences;
- Maintenir un climat de collaboration en communiquant efficacement et en animant des rencontres avec les employés;
- Appliquer les activités promotionnelles;
- Assurer la formation des nouveaux employés et le développement des employés en poste;
- Assurer le maintien des mises à jour des manuels;
- Assurer le respect du manuel de l'employé, des règlements de l'entreprise, des lois du travail et des normes de santé et sécurité au travail;
- Appliquer les programmes d'entretien préventifs de l'équipement;
- Établir les besoins ou les horaires de travail du personnel;
- Assurer le recrutement et l'embauche du personnel;
- Évaluer le personnel;
- Exécuter toutes autres tâches demandées par le franchisé.
Compétences et qualifications
Le diplôme de secondaire V peut être exigé, puis 3 à 5 années d'expérience comme chef d'équipe en salle à manger ou en cuisine, ou à un poste de gestion dans un commerce de détail. Horaires de travail généralement fixes. Travail fréquent en soirée, les fins de semaine et jour fériés. Travail de bureau en dehors des heures d’affluences.
