  • Serve as the operational owner of the MDM/PIM platform
  • Ensure data synchronization across ERP, POS, merchandising, e commerce, and warehouse systems
  • Partner with IT on system configuration, data mapping, integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Support data migrations related to system upgrades and implementations
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Design, document, and maintain master data workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency
  • Create and maintain training materials to support consistent data practices
  • Proactively recommend process, system, and policy improvements
Cross Functional Partnership
  • Build strong working relationships with Merchandising, Planning, Pricing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Support analytical, reporting, and operational data needs across the business
  • Educate partners on data governance standards and shared accountability for data quality
