We work with leading platforms, merchants, and marketplaces globally, providing secure payment solutions across diverse industries and markets.

Position Overview

We’re seeking an Account Development Representative (ADR) who’s hungry to break into B2B tech sales. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role responsible for generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and creative outreach. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential partners, engaging decision-makers in meaningful conversations and booking meetings that drive Escrow’s growth.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn quickly, make a real impact, and grow into more senior roles over time.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Outbound Prospecting : Research, identify, and reach out to qualified leads within the Shopify e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Strategic Outreach : Execute personalized, multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage business stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead Qualification : Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and determine fit for Escrow’s payment solutions.
  • Opportunity Creation : Book qualified meetings and hand off warm, qualified opportunities to the Account Management team with thorough context and insights.
  • Lead Management : Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and other CRM tools; manage your own pipeline and outreach cadences.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with Growth, Marketing, and Account Management teams to continuously improve messaging, outreach strategies, and lead quality.
  • Inbound Follow-Up : Respond to and qualify leads from Escrow’s marketing funnel as needed.

Required Qualifications :

  • Up to 1 or more years of experience in outbound sales, customer service, retail, or another high-volume prospecting environment.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G-suite).
  • Comfortable sending outbound emails, cold calling, and engaging stakeholders across various industries.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS and outbound cadences (email / phone / social).
  • Self-starter who thrives on hitting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing your own workflow, leads, and tasks efficiently.
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience sourcing and qualifying your own leads and managing outreach from first touch to meeting.
  • Proven track record of exceeding KPIs such as meetings booked or pipeline generated.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Passion for startups, fintech, or digital payments.
