Machine Operator Manufacturing Leader Paris, ON

Location: Paris, Ontario
Shift: Days 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00/hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Precision Operation: Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting specialized production machinery.

- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolving minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- Experience: Proven background as a Machine Operator (Press machine experience is a major asset).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably throughout a shift.
- Mechanical Mindset: Strong aptitude for technical specs and basic industrial math.
- Detail Oriented: A "quality-first" mentality with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Reliability: High school diploma, consistent attendance record, and reliable transportation to Paris, ON.
